Using the iPay payment system, any MasterCard or Visa card on our website when placing an order;

 

2. Cash payment (delivery by courier in Kyiv)

Payment is made in cash in hryvnias upon receipt of the order. At the same time, you receive a receipt confirming the payment of the goods.

 

DELIVERY

 

Orders are processed on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Orders are shipped daily, except weekends and holidays.

Delivery across Ukraine

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out with the help of the "Nova Poshta" courier service.

Payment for the services of the "Nova Poshta" courier service is made at the Customer's expense (if the amount of the order is lower than the terms of free delivery).

The order is collected immediately after receiving the payment. We try to ship your order as soon as possible, but in some cases it takes 1-2 business days to collect the order.

Therefore, if you are limited in time, please inform the manager about it, we will do everything possible for prompt dispatch.

 

Importantly!

When sending you wine, we must insure the package for the full value of the order. If the goods were suddenly damaged on the way, we strongly ask you to issue the corresponding ACT and claim to the carrier. This will allow reimbursement for damaged products and courier services, in case of improper provision.

Return conditions

The Seller does not exchange or return Goods of proper quality, because in accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", food products are non-exchangeable (returnable) products.

The return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", in case of defects. If defects are detected, the Trustee has the right to return the Goods exclusively to the Seller.

The Attorney is not responsible for Goods of inadequate quality that were purchased from the Seller in connection with the execution of the Principal's order. In the case of the Principal's wish, the Goods of inadequate quality can be returned to the Seller by the Attorney by authorizing the latter with a corresponding power of attorney. Goods return services are paid by the Principal separately to the current account of the Attorney.

The obligation to reimburse the Trustee for goods of inadequate quality is borne by the Seller.
