Big Wines Joined the International Conference on IP Disputes and Mediation

On April 28, an international conference “IP Disputes and Mediation: Experience of Ukraine and the EU” took place in Kyiv, bringing together representatives of government institutions, the judiciary, business, and international experts.

The team of Big Wines joined the event not only as participants, but also as partners and sponsors, supporting the development of professional dialogue on alternative dispute resolution.

The first panel focused on the role of institutions, public policy, and international experience in developing mediation as an effective mechanism for resolving IP disputes. The second panel addressed the practical dimension - mediation and business - highlighting its role in resolving commercial conflicts and improving business efficiency.

Particular attention was drawn to the speech by Nataliia Burlachenko - CEO of Big Wines and 46 Parallel Wine Group, as well as Head of the Ukrainian Vine and Wine Association. In her presentation, she outlined the business perspective on alternative dispute resolution, emphasizing the need for fast, flexible, and effective tools in today’s business environment.

We sincerely thank Yuliia Prokhoda for the excellent organization of the conference, as well as all partners and participants for the meaningful discussions and exchange of experience.

For Big Wines, participation in such initiatives is an important part of supporting the development of business culture in Ukraine, implementing European practices, and strengthening cooperation between the state and the private sector.
