Big Wines at the Lviv Cheese and Wine Festival: three days of taste, culture, and inspiration!

From September 19 to 21, the 15th Lviv Cheese and Wine Festival took place at the Palace of Arts in Lviv, and Big Wines together with 46 Parallel were proud to be part of this incredible event!

This year, the festival truly became a celebration for all wine and cheese lovers. The sunny weather created a perfect mood for strolling through the city and visiting the exhibition stands.

Our stand was filled with laughter, smiling faces, and enthusiastic feedback about our wines that charmed guests from the very first sip.

Over three days, visitors had the chance to:

·         Taste more than 100 types of wine from across Ukraine and the world;

·         Enjoy cheeses from the best Ukrainian craft producers;

·         Take part in tastings led by experienced wine experts and cheesemakers;

·         Immerse themselves in the atmosphere of live music and an engaging entertainment program.

It was especially rewarding to see our loyal customers and friends, who immediately found their favorite flavors and discovered new wines from Big Wines. New acquaintances, discussions of future collaborations, and sincere smiles made these days truly unforgettable. It was a real firework of taste and emotions!

This year, the Lviv Cheese and Wine Festival marked its 15th anniversary. To celebrate this milestone, a special evening “Wine and Poetry” took place at the Lviv Opera House - a refined event where the power of the spoken word, the magic of live music, and the noble taste of wine came together.

That evening featured the voices of contemporary Ukrainian culture:

·         Ivan Malkovych - poet, publisher, founder and director of “A-BA-BA-HA-LA-MA-HA” publishing house;

·         Yurii Andrukhovych - one of the patriarchs of modern Ukrainian literature, prose writer, poet, essayist, and translator.

The evening’s musical accompaniment was created by Yosyfovych Live, known for their subtle and atmospheric jazz improvisations.

During this unforgettable evening, Nataliia Burlachenko together with Ricardo Nunez had the honor of presenting the Big Wines Big Art collection, which became a true highlight of the event.

We sincerely thank the festival organizers for their excellent work and for the opportunity to present Ukrainian wines in such a remarkable setting. See you soon at the next festivals - they are just around the corner!
