Big Wines at the International Exhibition Wine&Spirits Ukraine 2025

Big Wines at the International Exhibition Wine&Spirits Ukraine 2025

On October 29-30, in Kyiv at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center, the large-scale international event Wine&Spirits Ukraine 2025 took place.
Big Wines, together with 46 Parallel and Vinos de La Luz, proudly presented their outstanding wines to the guests of the exhibition.

This year’s event impressed visitors with a rich program of presentations and master classes, numerous business connections, and the largest wine and spirits exposition in Ukraine.

The Wine&Spirits Academy combined two unique directions:

  • Discovery Hub - a space for presentations, tastings, and introductions to new brands and countries;
  • Education Hub - an educational center offering master classes, lectures, and practical sessions led by leading experts and international speakers.

During the Wine&Spirits Awards ceremony, held on October 29, Big Wines proudly received a gold medal for Odesa Black 2023 (aged 9 months). This achievement once again confirms the exceptional quality of Ukrainian wine and the craftsmanship of our winemakers.

Within the exhibition, a unique vertical tasting “The Evolution of Odesa Black” took place, featuring different vintages of this indigenous variety presented by leading Ukrainian wineries - Wineidea, Narovylo, Leleka Wines, Big Wines, GIGI Winery, Villa Tinta, and Shevino.
The tasting was led by Nataliya Burlachenko, CEO of Big Wines, with an opening speech by Ricardo Núñez, owner of the international group Vinos de La Luz and investor in Ukrainian winemaking.

Another key event was the discussion “Wine in Moderation: The International Program of Responsible Wine Consumption”, which gathered:

  • Nataliia Burlachenko, CEO of Big Wines;
  • Anna Fesenko, Vice President of the Association of Ukrainian Psychologists and Psychotherapists in the Benelux countries;
  • Khrystyna Hospodarska, founder and Medical Director of “Hospodarskykh Clinic”, physician, and sommelier;
  • Nadia Frittella, Secretary General of the international organization Wine in Moderation;
  • Maryna Kobylynska, co-founder of the NGO “Institute of Culture of Ukraine”, manager of the submissions of borscht and “Shchedryk” to UNESCO.

The discussion covered essential topics such as:

  • the culture of wine consumption in Ukraine today;
  • how responsible consumption helps shape wine culture;
  • finding the balance between enjoyment and awareness;
  • collaboration between doctors, psychologists, and winemakers to promote moderation.

We sincerely thank the organizers - especially Victoria Agromakova, CEO of Wine&Spirits Ukraine - as well as our partners 46 Parallel and Vinos de La Luz, and all friends, guests, and visitors of the Big Wines stand for these vibrant and fruitful days!

See you at the next exhibitions!
