Dialogues with NV. Business and the New Reality

On October 15, at the Parkovy Exhibition and Convention Center in Kyiv, the large-scale event "Dialogues with NV. Business and the New Reality" took place - an annual forum that brings together leading representatives of Ukrainian business, government, media, and the expert community. For the fourth year in a row, this event has become a space for honest conversation about the challenges, opportunities, and transformations facing business in the new reality.

Big Wines and 46 Parallel Wine Group were delighted to join this event, which serves as an important platform for dialogue, experience sharing, and inspiration. We support initiatives that promote the development of Ukrainian entrepreneurship, foster trust between business and society, and strengthen Ukraine’s image as a modern, strong, and competitive country.

The event’s program covered some of the most relevant topics of today:

• how businesses adapt to working in conditions of uncertainty;
• new models of company management and development;
• where Ukrainian entrepreneurs choose to invest, even during wartime;
• how markets, employment structures, and the role of employers are changing;
• how small and medium-sized businesses are transforming, expanding their horizons, and entering international markets.

Among the participants were business owners, top managers, investors, restaurateurs, industry association leaders, journalists, and educators - all united by a common goal: to build a resilient Ukrainian economy, even in the most challenging times.
