THE FIRST BIG NEWS OF THE YEAR IN THE UKRAINIAN WINE WORLD: BIG WINES LLC - the Ukrainian subsidiary of the multinational VINOS DE LA LUZ - ACQUIRES THE RENOWNED COMPANY 46 PARALLEL WINE GROUP.

BIG WINES LLC, a Ukrainian company producing the Big Wines Big Art wines, known for their labels featuring reproductions of paintings by the Grand Master Ivan Marchuk, has acquired 46 PARALLEL WINE GROUP, a renowned high-end wine producer and one of the leaders in its sector with brands such as Grand Admiral, El Capital, and Apostrophe.

This move by Big Wines represents the execution of its expansion project, which focuses on incorporating both new and established brands with local and international reach.

Although the financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, it should be noted that Big Wines LLC, through the acquisition of 46 Parallel Wine Group, gains access to the high- and mid-range market, securing another portion of the Ukrainian wine industry.
