UWVA Meets with Higher Education Institutions to Shape the Future of Ukrainian Viticulture and Winemaking

On January 28, the Ukrainian Vine and Wine Association (UVWA), represented by its Chairwoman Nataliia Burlachenko, held a working meeting with representatives of Ukrainian higher education and research institutions.

Despite challenging weather conditions, ongoing energy disruptions, and constant shelling, representatives of educational and scientific institutions joined the meeting either in person in Kyiv or online. The Association expresses its sincere gratitude to all participants for their commitment, support of the initiative, and active engagement in the discussions.

The meeting focused on sharing experience, innovative approaches, modern technologies, and research outcomes in the fields of viticulture and winemaking development.

The Ukrainian Vine and Wine Association brings together those who are shaping a strong future for the industry through its modernization, support of national producers, and deep integration into the European and global wine community. UVWA serves as a platform for dialogue and cooperation, uniting academia, business, local communities, experts, and international partners. Such collaboration lays the foundation for the sustainable development of Ukrainian winemaking.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the following institutions:

·         Odesa National University of Technology

·         Academy of Labour, Social Relations and Tourism
